Maurice Hultz
Greetings fellow Rhodes Ranch Residents

My name is Maurice Hultz, and I am running for the Rhodes Ranch Association’s Board of Directors (BOD).

I have been a full-time resident of Rhodes Ranch since November 2009. We moved from San Diego, CA. I am a retired service member, having served 20 years in the United States Air Force. I also retired as a successful business owner. I have a BS in business and a MBA with an emphasis in Business Management. I also held several professional licenses in California.

My life experiences have taught me to be organized, entrepreneurial and goal oriented. These attributes have been enhanced by my business experience, which has taught me how to become a good manager and leader, focused and success driven. I have sat on many private, public, and professional Boards, each with varied composition in areas such as ethnicity, gender, personality and skill level or expertise. The professional skill sets that I have developed have allowed me to help these groups find common ground, set aside personal differences and work together towards a specific goal.

Here in Rhodes Ranch, I served on the Covenants Committee for over 2 years, acting as the chairperson during part of this period. During my service on this committee, I sat through thousands of hearings involving various alleged violations of our Governing Documents, and I became very enlightened as to the needs and challenges of this community from both the HOA and resident perspective. I believe this has made me uniquely qualified to represent this community as a member of the BOD.

Once again, I am a retired full-time resident. I love this community. With the skills that I have acquired in business and my overall life experiences, I feel I would be a tremendous asset to the community if elected to the BOD.

Elections are soon. If elected I pledge to always follow our Governing Documents and to be thorough, transparent, and methodical in my representation of the Rhodes Ranch homeowners. I respectfully ask for your vote.
